This secluded property, previously an artist's studio with spacious living area and small bedrooms, is adjacent to The Anchorage and is situated in its own pleasant garden with an apple orchard.

Entrance/Garden Room: washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer. Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC. Sliding door from garden room to open plan Kitchen/Sitting/Dining: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, pine dining table. Sitting area: (overlooking garden) TV, CD, DVD. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: (suitable for children only) twin beds (2'6").

Outside: garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Parking: for four cars/trailers.

Electric hot water/under floor central heating.

Duvets, pillows and all bed linen included - tenants to bring all towels.

One well behaved dog welcome, (if its sleeping area is confined to the Entrance/Garden Room), at an additional £25p.w.

* The Studio is let separately but it may be possible to rent this and The Anchorage (sleeps 6) simultaneously, thus offering accommodation for a maximum of 10 people.
