Stairs to Second Floor. Bedroom 1: double bed (5ft),TV. Bathroom: bath, shower cubicle with power shower, basin, WC. Laundry Area with washing machine and dryer. Stairs to Third Floor. Feature, vaulted with roof lights, large open plan Kitchen/Sitting/Dining room: TV, DVD, video, music system. Glazing providing views over roof tops to water. Kitchen: fully fitted with granite worktops, double electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 fridges, dishwasher. Steps down to Dining Room: three drinks fridges, freezer, double glazed doors opening onto decked area and garden.
