A detached house about one mile from the centre of town. The property is bright and airy, has wonderful countryside views and is close to a path leading through the North Sands valley to the beach.
Entrance hall leading to Bedroom 1: double bed(4’6”), ensuite shower room: large shower cubicle, basin, bidet, WC. Garage: (not for vehicle use), washing machine.
Stairs to first floor. Sitting/Dining room: electric fire, TV, DVD, double sliding glass doors to balcony, views. Kitchen: electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, door to patio. Bathroom: bath with shower over,basin,WC. Bedroom 2: double bed (4'6"), views. Bedroom 3: bunk beds(3').
Gas central heating and hot water.
