The property is newly carperted throughout, has water views and is a pleasant level walk to the boat park and Salcombe town centre. Although not allocated, on street parking is generally available.

Stable door to open plan Sitting Room/Kitchen: Views, TV, DVD, double (4') sofa bed, folding dining table with four chairs, kitchen area newly fitted, electric halogen hob and oven with hood, fridge with ice compartment, microwave. Stairs to first floor. Bedroom: twin beds, electric heater, views of the Creek.

Outside: pretty half walled patio with outdoor furniture.

Heating and hot water by electricity.

Duvets and pillows on all beds. Tenants to bring all linen and towels.

One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional cost of £25 per week.
