Open plan Sitting/Dining Room: Sitting area: TV, DVD, video, window seats, magnificent views over the town and estuary, Dining area: also with wonderful views and french doors to decked terrace. Galley style Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, gas oven and hob, fridge. Bedroom 3: twin beds (3'-duvet 4'6"), views over garden. Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC. Laundry area: washing machine, small freezer 

Outside: Large decked area to side with outdoor furniture. Gravelled sitting area to rear. BBQ. Large gravelled and planted area having pedestrian access to Market Street. Please note - the BBQ is to be used on the gravelled areas only.

Parking: Annual season ticket in long stay car park (unreserved) ** Commencing in 2012.**  There is a deposit of £35 for the parking pass, repayable when returned at the end of your stay

Duvets and pillows provided - tenants to bring all linen and towels.

Non smokers only.

One well behaved dog welcome in low season at the discretion of the owner and at an additional cost of £25 per week.

Please note that the garden area outside of the decking is unsuitable for unsupervised young children.
