Estuary House is a detached property comprising 3 apartments, no 3 being the garden flat. There are excellent views of South Sands and the estuary from the apartment and the sun deck. This comfortable well equipped property is located a few minutes from South Sands and the SW Coastal Path. During the season a ferry runs from the beach to the town centre (approx. 2 miles by road).

Entrance Lobby. Sitting/Dining Room: TV. DVD. Kitchen: electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave. Bedroom 1: double pine bed, ensuite Shower Room: shower cubicle, basin, WC. Bedroom 2: twin pine beds, ensuite Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC with utility room off: washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area.

Outside: Garden path leading to large sun deck and outdoor furniture.BBQ.
