Estuary House is a detached property comprising 3 apartments, no 3 being the garden flat. There are views of South Sands and the estuary from the flat and the sun deck. This comfortable well equipped property is located a few minutes from South Sands and the SW Coastal Path. During the season a ferry runs from the beach to the town centre (approx. 1 mile by road).
