The property has been refurbished, fitted and decorated to a good standard and provides quality, spacious, family accommodation with a beautifully designed, landscaped courtyard garden to the rear. The front, and main section, of the house comprises three floors above a shop and sleeps up to 10 persons. The property has good views of the main anchorage from the upper floors. To the rear, accessed from a pathway to the side or via a connecting door on the first floor, is 'Courtyard Cottage'. This property is well equipped and furnished and will sleep 6/7 persons.

Open plan Kitchen/Breakfast Room: 6 burner gas hob, built in 'SMEG' electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tiled floor, door to cobbled side access. Door to Dining Room with seating for 16, also for use outdoors, double doors to garden, belfast sink, Shower Room: shower cubicle, basin, WC.

Please note that during high season the Main House and Courtyard Cottage are rented together. This is also possible in mid and low seasons when the properties are ordinarily rented seperately.
