Open plan Sitting/Dining room/Kitchen: sitting area has TV, DVD, kitchen has solid oak flooring and "Shaker" style units, stainless steel 5 burner gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, washer/dryer (self condensing), French doors to decked balcony and steps leading down to garden area.

Stairs to Second floor: Bedroom 3: double bed (5ft) Ensuite shower room: shower cubicle, basin, WC. Bedroom 2: double bed, rooftop views of the water. Bedroom 4: 2 x bunkbeds, rooftop views of the water. Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC.
Stairs to Third floor, Master Bedroom: double bed (5ft), TV, DVD, dual aspect room with large double glass doors to 'juliette' balcony giving floor to ceiling views over the main anchorage, Ensuite bathroom: fully tiled, bath with shower over, basin, WC.

Courtyard Cottage sleeps 6/7

From stairwell at First floor level, connecting door to First floor of Courtyard Cottage. Bedroom 1: double bed (5'), Ensuite bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC. Bedroom 2: twin beds. Bedroom 3: double futon with single bunk over. Shower Room: shower cubicle, basin, WC. Stairs to Ground floor. Open plan Kitchen/Breakfast Room: 6 burner gas hob, built in 'SMEG' electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tiled floor, door to cobbled side access. Door to Dining Room with seating for 16, also for use outdoors, double doors to garden, belfast sink, Shower Room: shower cubicle, basin, WC.

Stairs to First floor. Sitting Room: TV, DVD, one end glazed with double glass doors and 'juliette' balcony.

Outside: extensive paved and decked courtyard garden with attractive planted borders and summer house. Outdoor furniture BBQ, LED lighting. Access through rear gate to Russell Court.

Duvets, pillows and linen on all beds - tenants to bring own towels.

Parking: season ticket x 2, one each to Main House and Courtyard Cottage April - Sept (unreserved) in long stay car park. There is a deposit of £35 per ticket, repayable when they are returned at the end of your holiday. 

One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £25 per wk (Courtyard Cottage only)
