Outside: lawn to front of property and paved, patio areas to rear. BBQ, garden furniture. Extensive views from patios over town and estuary.

Garage: Parking for one medium sized car. Regret no parking in the drive.

Duvets and pillows on all beds - Tenants to bring all linen and towels.
