Situated in an elevated position with excellent views over the town and estuary, this family house is comfortably furnished, well equipped and just a few minutes walk from the town centre, shops and quays. The property has a front lawn, rear patio and a single garage.
External steps to Entrance. Hallway leading to Sitting/Dining Room: electric fire and night storage heater, TV/DVD, sofa and easy chairs, dining table and chairs.French doors from dining area down to rear patio. Kitchen: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave.
Stairs to First Floor: Bedroom 1: twin beds, convector heater. Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, convector heater. Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, W.C.
