Holmleigh 1
The newly refurbished spacious lower floor of a substantial Victorian house, with high ceilings, large sunny conservatory and pretty garden. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard, a short walk to the centre of town and has off street parking.
Will now take dogs in all seasons.
Steps from roadway. Door to tiled outer porch and Hall. Sitting Room: TV, DVD, music system, door to Conservatory: tiled floor, door to garden. Dining Room: seating for 10, with archway through to Kitchen: fully fitted and tiled, gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Utility area: tiled, freezer, Belfast sink, washing machine, dryer, separate WC, rear door to garden.
Bedroom 1: double bed (6’), ensuite bathroom: bath, shower cubicle, basin, WC. Bathroom: bath with hand held shower, bidet, basin, WC. Separate WC. Bedroom 2: double bed (5’) ziplock or 2 x 2’6”. Bedroom 3: 2 x bunk beds with 2 x truckle beds under.
