The spacious lower floor of a substantial Victorian house, with high ceilings, large sunny conservatory and pretty garden. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard, a short walk to the centre of town and has off street parking.
Steps from roadway. Door to tiled outer porch and Hall. Sitting Room: TV, video, music system, door to Conservatory: tiled floor, door to garden. Dining Room: seating for 10, with archway through to Kitchen: fully fitted and tiled, gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Utility area: tiled, freezer, Belfast sink, washing machine, dryer, separate WC, rear door to garden.
