The spacious lower floor of a substantial Victorian house, with high ceilings, large sunny conservatory and pretty garden. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard, a short walk to the centre of town and has off street parking.

Dining Room: seating for 10, with archway through to Kitchen: fully fitted and tiled, gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher.
