Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1: double bed. (4' 6") Bedroom 2: single bed(2'6"). Bathroom: Victorian bath with hand held shower, basin, WC. Stairs to second floor: Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds.

Outside: paved patio area and garden with trees and shrubs, outdoor furniture, BBQ,(charcoal) drying area. Shared access across rear of property.

Parking: for one medium sized car.

Telephone: incoming and local calls only. WiFi Broadband connection.

Duvets and pillows on all beds - tenants to bring all linen and towels.

Non smokers only.     

One well behaved, friendly, small or medium sized dog is welcome at the discretion of the owner for an additional £25 a week except in the summer high season.  Please ensure that the dog is kept downstairs, off the furniture and is not left unsupervised in the house or garden.
