Little Haven
Situated in a prominent position on a private road between North and South Sands the former Grafton Towers hotel has been converted into exclusive apartments of a very high standard. Little Haven is effectively a semi detached 'house' at one end of the building and has been fitted and furnished to a high specification.
The property has outside areas, affording excellent views over the mouth of the estuary and out to sea, off street parking and is within walking distance of South Sands beach; from which a regular ferry runs into town during summer months.
