A ground floor apartment, previously a shop premises newly converted to a high standard, providing light, airy accommodation in a very convenient location close to Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants. The property, although not specifically adapted, has rooftop views to East Portlemouth and may be suitable for those with limited mobility.
From street, entrance door to Sitting/Dining Room: TV, DVD, oak laminate floor and window seat. Kitchen: electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oak laminate floor, washer/dryer door to street and door to courtyard .Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC.
