Sitting Room: stripped pine flooring, TV, ipod dock, views over Whitestrand and main anchorage, arch through to Kitchen/Dining Room:  fully fitted with wooden tops, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, views of estuary.
Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC.

Steps up to landing. Bedroom 1: Double 'sleigh' bed (4'6" with king duvet), basin, stripped pine floor, views over town and estuary. Bedroom 2: Double bed (5' with king duvet), basin, view over town.

Stairs to Third floor.  Mezzanine floor , TV room: TV/DVD and video,  views, space for extra camp beds if required. 

Steps up to landing. Bedroom 3: ideal children's room, 2 x single beds, each with stora bed under. Separate WC, basin.

Parking: season ticket in long stay car park Apr - Sept (unreserved)

Gas central heating and hot water.

Duvets and pillows on all beds - tenants to bring own linen and towels.
