Ringrone is an historic property (now comprising seven apartments) set in its own mature grounds of over an acre, and positioned at the mouth of the estuary with magnificent views of the estuary and coastline to Prawle Point. Adjacent is the beautiful S.W. Coastal Path to Bolt Head, and the sub-tropical gardens at Overbecks, both owned by the National Trust. South Sands beach, popular for bathing, boating and windsurfing, is within quarter of a mile, and a regular passenger ferry service runs to the town centre (approx. 2 miles by road) during the summer.
