Stairs leading down to boathouse: washer/dryer, freezer, storage for small inflatable dinghy or sail board (max. width 4ft 6"). Shared access across lower car park of "The Salcombe" to the slipway suitable for launching.

Outside: small balcony from sitting room.

Gas central heating and hot water. 

Duvets, pillows and linen*on all beds  - Tenants to bring towels and kitchen linen.
