Important Booking Information
Some properties can be combined to provide accommodation for a larger party. Up to 30 or more people can be accommodated in some neighbouring properties.
The changeover days of holidays vary and are shown against each property entry. These might be flexible in low and sometimes mid-season.
Bookings can be taken by telephone or via the website provided that the person booking is familiar with and accepts the Conditions of Hire. Your booking will be confirmed by Salcombe Holiday Homes staff on behalf of the property owner.
Provisional bookings can be taken over the telephone or internet and held for a maximum of five days. After that period they will be released without referral.
Please telephone first, it is often easier to find accommodation best suited to your needs after a brief conversation, as all of our staff have a detailed knowledge of the properties. Please let us know about any medical conditions or mobility issues that may affect your stay.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent or emailed to you on receipt of your payment. This will show your booking reference number, the balance payment due for your holiday and the date by which it must be paid (56 days prior to arrival). If such payment is not received Salcombe Holiday Homes reserves the right to cancel your booking without the return of your deposit payment.
Travel instructions and details regarding access to the property and key collection will be sent on receipt of your final payment. You can occupy the property from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early arrivals can only be accommodated with the express agreement (on behalf of the owner) by Salcombe Holiday Homes. Properties may not be ready before 3pm and no liability for issues of any kind will be accepted if you arrive before this time without prior agreement.
Security deposits at the discretion of the owner or Salcombe Holiday Homes, may be required with some bookings. These are payable 14 days prior to the holiday and refunded within 14 days of the end date of the holiday if there is no reason for deduction.

Cancellation details are given in the Conditions of Hire. This is an inclusive scheme.
