How much income might be expected?

Obviously this is dependant upon many factors and although we might be able to take a guess, based upon information provided by you, a visit to the property at an early stage is essential. We are happy to do this, free of charge and without obligation.

Situation, parking, views and outside area have a major bearing upon the amount of rent charged and number of weeks let. Acceptance of pets and provision of linen will enable a small increase in rent but might result in a major increase in number of weeks.
