An imposing four storey building, one of the original brewery cottages behind the old Shipwrights Arms, which has been architecturally designed, redeveloped, decorated and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The property, accessed via a small cobbled courtyard off Fore Street, has excellent water views over the main anchorage, South Pool and the hills beyond from the garden and upper floors.
