A detached house about one mile from the centre of town. The property, which has recently been recarpeted throughout, is bright and airy, has wonderful countryside views and is close to a path leading through the North Sands valley to the beach where dogs are welcomed.

Entrance hall leading to Bedroom 1: double bed(4’6), ensuite shower room: large shower cubicle, basin, bidet, WC. Garage: (not for vehicle use), washing machine.
Stairs to first floor. Sitting/Dining room: electric fire, TV, DVD, double sliding glass doors to balcony, views. Newly fitted Kitchen: electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, door to patio. Newly fitted Bathroom: bath with shower over,basin,WC. Bedroom 2: double bed (4’6"), views. Bedroom 3: bunk beds (3’).

Outside: sloping front lawn. Rear patio with outdoor furniture, drying area, BBQ, rockery and flower beds with shrubs and trees. With regret the upper area of garden is not available to guests.
Parking: for 2 cars in driveway.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.
Gas central heating and hot water.

Travel cot and stair gate available.
Wifi available.
No smoking.
One small very well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £25 per week and £100 deposit.
