Situated at the end of a shopping alleyway, well away from the bustle of Fore Street, this boat style hideaway offers stylish, central accommodation for two adults and two children in a cabin type environment. The property has a pleasant, sunny decked area, is light and airy, well decorated and well equipped.

From Russell Court up steps to terrace and stable door. Sitting Room/Kitchen: electric coal effect stove, wood flooring, double sofa bed, TV, DVD. Kitchen area is fully fitted, breakfast bar, built in oven/grill and double electric hob, microwave, fridge with icebox. Shower room: shower cubicle, basin, WC. From sitting area ship style ’ladder’ to mezzanine Bedroom: double bed (4’6").

Outside: sunny decked terrace with sail awning.
Parking: Annual season ticket provided for town car park (unreserved).
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.
Wifi available.

Electric heating and hot water.
No smoking.
One well behaved dog allowed at the discretion of the owner at an additional cost of £25 per week.
Bedroom has restricted headroom, highest point is 4’ 2’’ and is unsuitable for young children.
This property sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.
Please note the stairs to the mezzanine floor are open tread and must be used with care.
