A comfortable, spacious, Victorian family house situated very close to the centre of town and a short walk from shops and quays. The property has good rooftop views to Batson, Fish Quay and East Portlemouth, is well equipped and has garage parking for two cars and a secluded terrace which enjoys sunshine all day. The Studio is self-contained and sleeps two.
