This waterfront property has excellent estuary views and the benefit of its own boathouse, slipway, jetty and running mooring. Cooks Boathouse is one of Salcombe’s landmarks close to Whitestrand and behind Normandy pontoon. The property is equipped to an extremely high standard, and offers comfortable, spacious, family accommodation.
