Dining room table and chairs, patio door to small balcony (overlooking church). Stairs to Second Floor views overlooking the creek. Bathroom: bath with shower, basin, WC. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: twin beds.

Outside: Large paved garden area with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Parking: for one car.
Garage: Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, extra fridge and fitted shower cubicle, ideal when returning from the beach! It is not possible to put a car in the garage.
