Property Description

"The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September. Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (check opening times with office) is unattended, guests are responsible for the safety of their children), lift (from ground floor to 3rd & 4th floors only) laundry, parking for one car per apartment, one mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy (ex No.16), with overall length (including out-board) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. All apartments have outstanding views of the harbour and estuary and are centrally heated.
A newly renovated first floor apartment featuring bespoke carpentry, divided by corridor, refurbished to a high standard, with level access from reception area and wonderful estuary views.

Bedsitting Room: pull-down sprung double-size (4’6) bed, fitted wardrobes, oak flooring.
Dining/Sitting area: Flat screen TV with fitted customised leather seating, feature LED multi change lighting and picture window overlooking garden and harbour. Juliette balcony.
Across Hallway: Kitchen: Fully fitted and well equipped with granite surfaces, electric oven, halogen hob, fridge with ice compartment, feature LED multi change lighting and plenty of storage, oak flooring. Combi Shower Room: Travertine tiles, electric shower, basin, WC.

Parking: space for one car.
Mooring: on request at time of booking if available.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.
Wifi available.
This property is not suitable for young children due to the design of the balcony/door railing which is ladder style with very large gaps.
No smoking.
No pets allowed.
The shared grounds/public area around Salcombe Apartments has a low wall of 60cm therefore children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
