Sitting area has TV/DVD, kingsize double wall bed, double sofa bed and blackout curtains transform the room at night. Bathroom: bath with power shower, basin, WC.

Outside: Wide sliding glass doors open onto the wonderful balcony equipped with outdoor furniture allowing al fresco dining with a stunning backdrop.
Parking: space for one car.

The shared grounds/public area around Salcombe Apartments has a low wall of 60cm therefore children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please note: In the interest of your safety, the swimming pool will be unavailable during your stay.

"The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September. Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (please check opening times with office), is unattended, guests are responsible for the safety of their children, lift (from ground floor to 3rd & 4th floors only) laundry, parking for one car per apartment, one mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy, with overall length (including out-board) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. All apartments have outstanding views of the harbour and estuary and are centrally heated.
This well presented, comfortably furnished third floor studio apartment has a full sized corner balcony with fabulous views directly over the main harbour anchorage and beaches. The third floor is accessible by both lift or stairs.
