From the sitting area are stairs to first floor. Bedroom 1: double bed (4’ 6") and a single sofa bed. Bedroom 2: bunk beds. Bathroom: bath with separate thermostatic shower over and glass screen, basin and WC.
Stairs to Bedroom 3: large 2nd floor bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobe.

Outside: sheltered, sunny, enclosed garden with raised flower beds, views to Snapes point, outside furniture, BBQ.
Parking: for one small family car only at front of property.

No smoking.
One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £25 per week.
