Upper Apartment is let separately but it may be possible to rent this and the Lower Apartment, accessed via the rear courtyard, simultaneously. If both units are rented together the accommodation is suitable for 12 people.

A first floor apartment providing good standard accommodation. This property is in a very convenient location a stones throw from the main anchorage and Salcombe’s shops and restaurants. The apartment has good views, over rooftops, of the harbour, Snapes Point, Mill Bay and East Portlemouth.
