This second floor apartment is situated a short walk from Salcombe’s town centre, shops and quays. It is well equipped, tastefully decorated and is furnished to a high standard with stunning wide reaching views across the town, to Snapes Point and the estuary beyond. The decked balcony has an outdoor sofa and dining table providing exceptional outdoor facilities, and panoramic views of the harbour and estuary.

It's Salcombe so you're going to walk up hill and down - but the reward here for walking up hill is the stunning view over the estuary from the balcony. The attached apartment - yes this is a balcony with apartment attached - is up to matching the view - stunning. What's not to like?

The first thing that hits you when you open the door to no 3 is the bright airiness of the place. It was much bigger and much brighter than I anticipated. And one thing that grinds my gears with self catering accommodation is the sharp knives, which are often so blunt, that you are not sure which side to cut with. Not here! Sharp knives in abundance as well as everything else you need to cook or bake at home........ And so many pots, plates and glasses! it is like they expect you to use every pot in the place and then ram them all in the dishwasher, which you could, easily! The beds were comfy too, and as there were two bedrooms, we did a Goldilocks special on them and had three nights in one room and four in the other! Perfect.

Super apartment with lovely views over the river, short walk to harbour and high street. Had everything we needed and we felt very at home and comfortable there. Definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment, clean and cosy for winter break. Lovely views. Would have liked some coat hooks in hall. Previous comments about double glazing for 2 front windows would greatly help enjoy the flat. Found the road noisy even for November but we did get used to it.
