Beacon House is a beautifully situated detached property in an elevated position, overlooking Salcombe with far reaching estuary views. Sleeping up to eight guests in four bedrooms and with plenty of off road driveway parking. As you approach the property via the driveway and into the entrance hallway on the first floor there is a very useful elevator to your left which can take guests to the next floor up where the bedrooms are situated, although it is only a few steps up from the entrance landing, or down to the ground floor, this is extremely beneficial for those less mobile guests. The living room has an open fire and doors leading out onto a balcony overlooking Salcombe in its entirety. Up the small steps onto the landing above and here three of the bedrooms are situated. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and the twin bedroom benefits from a walk in wet room with larger than normal door entrance.
Down to the ground floor and you find yourself in the open kitchen/breakfast area, fully equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay, this is a very bright and airy room with views from every window. Down a few steps from the kitchen/breakfast area is the dining room, a nice balance of being still open with the adjoining room with an element of privacy. The dining area has doors out onto a good sized patio/balcony with stunning views similar to the balcony from the living room above it. Just down from the hallway via the kitchen is the bedroom containing twin beds. There is a separate toilet on this floor and a large utility room with washer/dryer and fridge/freezer for plenty of extra storage. Beacon Hill is fantastic holiday home with all the benefits you could need from a property in Salcombe, just a short walk downhill to the main town itself.
