Lovely spot between the main street and the harbour area. Only thing to consider is parking but this was £6 a day about 5 mins away. Space in February was never an issue.

I booked this cottage to be near my family for Christmas, its a super spot for a short break if only there was a little outdoor space I'd book it for a longer visit. For this trip it was everything i needed. Thank you

Loved it, great location and really roomy! Only thing that would have been nice is to have the courtyard open as we had the dog.

Much improved since my last stay. Bed now amazingly comfy, front door fixed and generally an ideal little place to stay. Not so keen on the sofas, but maybe that’s my back! Will stay again, perfectly placed and highly recommended.

The apartment is in an ideal position. The lack of parking is a little stressful making sure you remember to renew your parking fee on time. The apartment could do with a deep clean especially the bunk-bed room but on the whole a pleasant stay. The instructions for the hob would have been useful as I have not used this type before. Thank you

We stayed here for the first time in Feb half term 22. Myself and my children fell in love with it! It couldn’t be located any better. We were a few steps away from The Quay where we went crabbing. The Fortesque is on our doorstep and the Co-op is a 5 minute walk away. As well as the Island Street Deli for breakfast and in the evening it re-opens as ‘Sea Monkey’ for amazing Seafood tapas. The apartment is cosy, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We cooked a Sunday roast one afternoon. The shower is great. Currently the courtyard is inaccessible. This would have been useful to have known first time round as we had bought the dog. Since returning home in Feb we have been back for Easter and we have booked it for 4 nights over NYE. I think the children and I have definitely found our little family retreat here!

The apartment is clean, spacious and in a perfect location to enjoy Salcombe being a 2/3min walk from the Harbour side and shops and also Salcombe Gin. Perfect for a family and secure if taking a dog, as it has an enclosed courtyard. The courtyard however although enclosed needs some work, it's not pleasant to sit out there, just a nice garden bistro set, new decking and paint on the, walls, would bake all the difference. That said it is, a gorgeous apartment inside.
