Heating and hot water by electricity.

No smoking.
One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional cost of £30 per week.

This charming, period, terraced, thatched cottage is in a pretty, quiet location at the head of Batson Creek. The property has water views and is a pleasant level walk to the boat park and Salcombe town centre. Although not allocated, on street parking is generally available.
