There are low walls and unguarded slipways within the grounds. With regret, this property is not suitable for children under 5 years of age and all young children must be supervised.
This waterfront property has excellent estuary views and the benefit of its own boathouse, slipway, jetty and running mooring. Cooks Boathouse is one of Salcombe’s landmarks close to Whitestrand and behind Normandy pontoon.
