Stairs up to Living Room: views overlooking the Salcombe Harbour and East Portlemouth with two sofas, two armchairs, TV/DVD player, sliding glass door to balcony.

Outside: Balcony with small table and two chairs. Access from basement through the alleyway to Whitestrand Car Park.
Parking: Public car park, 50m away, unloading only 1hr limit.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

A delightful terraced cottage in the centre of town with impressive views across the estuary. The cottage is within walking distance of all of Salcombe’s amenities, situated 50m from Whitestrand car park.
