It's a great space for a couple, so close to the town. Very clean and modern. You need to be fit to off load luggage as you cannot get near to the studio entrance with your car. So many pubs,cafes,restaurants to choose from and a great grocery shop close by. Enjoyed our stay :-)

Clean and modern. Great for our dog with park just outside. Only issue would be for unloading, but not a real problem. Parking permit very helpful, although hardly moved car as plenty to see and do around town and coastal walks! Would return!

Courtney studio is perfectly situated within walking distance for all Salcombe has to offer. The studio is modern, well equipped & has a super comfy bed. A small courtyard outdoor seating area adds to the charm. A parking permit for the creek car park is also a big plus point. We would definitely stay here again.

Very well presented and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely little courtyard to enjoy the nicer weather. Only drawback for us was the lack of washing machine which we would have preferred to the dishwasher! But that’s only our opinion and we would definitely love to stay again as it’s so central and perfect for 2.

This a small studio flat but it has all. Everything you need for a stay in Salcombe. Ideal for my wife and I for a week.

Lovely place, pricy, but what you would expect for Salcombe. The only issue was the shower unit leaking water through the electrics resulting in myself and my partner being electrocuted

An absolutely fantastic base to explore Salcombe! The property is approx 1 minutes walk from the main high street. It was spotlessly clean, superbly kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The decor was beautiful and the owners have done well to fit everything into a studio apartment. The garden is great and lovely for sitting out in the sun. Great value, 10/10 would definitely recommend and return!

A lovely hidden gem, centrally located & perfect for 2 with the added bonus of a pretty courtyard garden overlooking the park. The studio is bigger than expected & all fixtures & fittings really well done; underfloor heating, reclining leather sofa & Netflix perfect for any rainy days. They’ve used the space very well. The only down side would be that noise (footsteps) can be heard above in 1b, so some more soundproofing advised to get a good night’s sleep for any light sleepers. We’d book again though & hope to return…

The Courtenay Studio has all the facilities you require other than a washing machine. Nice central location to harbour and all the amenities. Nice and tidy and looks neat but appliances could do with upgrade, microwave extremely noisy and cooker can only really operate 1 ring at a time. The shower could do with some additional pressure, felt like drizzle in isolated area. Pillows in bed could do with an upgrade as uncomfortable for us. Parking and access to property not ideal for elderly or infirm. With some small upgrades a.b.d. Would be ideal for the associated costs. Would I go there again, probably not but we are in our early sixties and not so nimble in narrow spaces, but could see this being ideal for younger health couples.
