Shepherd’s Hut: double bed (4’), woodburner, WC, basin (cold water only) - at extra charge.

Duvets, pillows and bed linen and towels provided.
Hot water and heating by electric night storage heaters.
One well behaved dog welcome at the owners discretion and at an additional £30 per week.
Please note - young children are not permitted in the upper lawn, which is gated.
A quaint, ’chocolate box’ Grade II listed, thatched cottage situated in a peaceful location but within a 15 minute walk alongside the beautiful Batson Creek to Salcombe town, restaurants and shops. This cottage retains much character and is well decorated and equipped. A ’shepherds hut’ in the grounds provides further sleeping accommodation. A public footpath runs directly past the cottage and meanders down to Batson Creek. There is a lovely secluded, sunny patio area as well as lawned garden and ample parking.
