Lovely location, stunning views, great apartment, comfy and well equipped. Great base if you want to spend your days on the local beach, great coastal walks nearby. Nearest shops are in Salcombe there is a ferry to take you if you don’t want to drive. There is a great beach hut and bar for food and drinks. I would definitely go back.

This cottages was very clean, exceptional views and had a very well equipped kitchen . The only downfall is it is very difficult to locate and found the directions given to be very inaccurate also the area has very steep roads and it is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.

Great flat for a family of four looking for reasonable value and happy to be outside Salcombe itself. Lovely view. Only potential negative is noise from flat above, but we only noticed it on the first night (a Saturday), after that no problems. Set on a hill side so suited to fitter/ more active families who don't mind a bit of walking.

We've stayed in this flat for many years. It's comfy and well designed for a family of four, and the facilities in the flat have been steadily improved. Our only gripe this year is that the hot water wasn't hot (or anything close to hot). The real selling point of the flat is its location, close to South Sands, views up the estuary towards Salcombe, and convenient for the coast path to Bolt Head and Sharpitor.
