Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Telephone - for incoming and local calls only. Large lawned garden with raised patio area, BBQ and garden furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome at the owners discretion at an additional £30 pw during Mid and Low seasons. Ground floor bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden and there is an open stream at the edge of this property.

Hanger Mill Barn is situated on the first floor of a detached Grade II listed stone barn, renovated by local craftsmen to a high specification and with beautiful garden views. Situated in the picturesque North Sands Valley, the property is a few minutes’ walk from the beach with cafe/restaurant and public tennis court and approximately 20 minutes’ walk to the centre of Salcombe.
