Sitting Room: stripped pine flooring, TV, ipod dock, views over Whitestrand and main anchorage, arch through to Kitchen/Dining Room: fully fitted with wooden tops, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fantastic views of estuary.
Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC.
Steps up to landing. Bedroom 1: Double ’sleigh’ bed (4’6"- with king duvet), basin, stripped pine floor, views over town and estuary. Bedroom 2: kingsize bed (5’), basin, view over town.
Stairs to Third floor. Mezzanine floor, TV room: TV/DVD and video, views, space for extra camp beds if required.
Steps up to landing. Bedroom 3: ideal children’s room, 2 x single beds, each with stora bed under. Separate WC, basin.

Parking: Parking is available at the long stay carpark, a short walk from the town centre - tickets available daily.
Guests are required to bring own bed linen and towels.
Wifi available.
Gas central heating and hot water.
No smoking.
One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional cost of £30 per week.
