Outside: Balcony on two sides of property overlooking Shadycombe towards Snapes Point and the hills beyond. Gravel driveway and parking. Mature trees and shrubs, lawns, garden furniture, sun loungers, Gas BBQ (plancha/griddle).
Parking: ample parking in front of house. (Garages for owners use except for access to tumble dryer).
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

Gas central heating/hot water.
High chair and travel cot available.

No smoking.
One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £30 per week.

In an elevated position off Onslow Road overlooking the town and Shadycombe Creek, this detached house has excellent views towards Snapes Point. The property has some half an acre of unenclosed grounds, is well decorated and furnished and has parking for four cars
