Second floor: Bedroom 4: With kingsize bed, Freeview TV, seating area with sofa, table and chairs and wonderful views down the estuary and across to Kingsbridge and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and bidet.

Outside: Enclosed rear garden with terrace, steps lead down to a flagstone patio with rattan garden furniture. Small lawned front garden.
Parking: off road parking for two cars; additional on road parking.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided, towels will be provided on payment of £16 laundry fee.

Marine Cottage is a handsome, refurbished, detached four bedroom house over three floors, 500 yards from the old part of Salcombe with lovely long views down the estuary. It is an ideal location proudly sitting in a quiet residential area, overlooking the beautiful harbour town of Salcombe. You will immediately feel at home upon entering Marine Cottage, which is full of character, with a small front garden and spacious enclosed back garden with sunny patio. Inside the house is very comfortable with pine floors and rugs throughout.
