The ground floor of a distinctive semi-detached Victorian property with views of the town and estuary, Snapes Point and beyond. The property retains character features and an attractive glass-fronted veranda runs across the whole length of the apartment. There is also the added benefit of parking.

This was one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. It was very spacious and was a real home from home. It is decorated to a high standard, the beds are very comfortable and the water pressure is high, giving you a fabulous shower! The underfloor heating is wonderful in the bathrooms and kitchen. The view from the terrace is amazing and in warmer weather, it would be fabulous to sit out and watch the boats. The parking space is a real bonus, as you can walk down into the town, harbour and shops. There are 20 large steps up to the property, which was no problem for us, but maybe would be for those with mobility problems. We would definitely recommend Powderham Villa and hope to return sometime.

Lovely apartment, comfortable and a great position in the town. Some lovely period features. Plenty of outside areas for our small dog, and have booked for next year. A couple of larger saucepans would be helpful for cooking with the family .

Really good location with easy access to either end of the main town and shops. Beautiful views from the terrace at the front of the property. Very pleased with the size of each of the rooms, the kitchen having been renewed was clean and fresh. Another lovely 2 week stay.

Excellent accommodation with easy access to the town, ferries, restaurants etc. plus nearby to a recently renovated play park for children. The house is tastefully furnished and the inside areas are lovely especially at the front with panoramas towards Batston Creek. Parking for only one car but drive up Devon Road and leave another higher up the town for the week. No need to go further than Salcombe by foot for beaches, sea walks and a local Co op, plus good butcher and bread shop is within 5 minutes walk. Thoroughly recommend this flat.

Refurbished flat offers a lot of space and accommodation for four. Terrace and second bathroom are excellent features. Parking a challenge with bins at the end. Good value for money, will be returning.

We had a great time our second visit and it has been refurbished to a high standard since our first visit which has improved our comfort we loved it. We did bring our small dog and the garden space was ideal both front and back. Would be nice if back area had proper gate to secure it, luckily we found a trellis panel and made it dog proof ourselves. Can see the posts are in place for a gate so am assuming the gate is being planned. The views are amazing from the front terrace we never tired of them. We have rebooked for July 2023 as we love it here it is so central.

Excellent experience! Very comfortable apartment in an ideal location offering parking, great views over the estuary and only 2 minutes' walk from the centre. We have already re-booked for 2023. My only gripe being the 5pm check in and 9am check out times which seems a little extreme..! Highly recommended.
