Property Description

Ringrone is an historic property (now comprising seven apartments) set in its own mature grounds and positioned at the mouth of the estuary with magnificent views of the estuary and coastline to Prawle Point. Adjacent is the beautiful S.W. Coastal Path to Bolt Head, and the sub-tropical gardens at Overbecks, both owned by the National Trust. South Sands beach, popular for watersports, is within a quarter of a mile, and the town centre is approx 2 miles via the picturesque cliff and coast road. Also, a regular passenger ferry service runs from South Sands to the town centre during the summer. Situated on the ground floor, facing the water, this spacious apartment retains the original high ceilings and features of the building. There are particularly lovely views from the magnificent lounge.

Bathroom: bath, basin, WC. Bedroom 1: kingsize bed (5’) window seat, views. Shower room: newly fitted, shower, WC. From hallway, door to rear patio. Dining Room: storage cupboard. Kitchen: electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Door to communal hallway.

Outside: feature covered terrace along front of building, views, outdoor furniture. Enclosed patio to rear, with mature shrubs, catching evening sun, BBQ. Communal, tended, lawns and gardens.
Parking: for two cars (one of which is under car port).

One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £25 per week.
