Living/dining/bedroom: With double bed, Freeview TV and patio doors leading to Juliet balcony.
Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, fridge and oak floor.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.

Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Mooring. Private parking for 1 car. Please note: No children. There is a low wall of 60cm between the river and the grounds.

"The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September. Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (check opening times with office) is unattended, guests are responsible for the safety of their children), lift (from ground floor to 3rd & 4th floors only) laundry, parking for one car per apartment, one mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy (ex No.16), with overall length (including out-board) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. All apartments have outstanding views of the harbour and estuary and are centrally heated.
A newly renovated first floor apartment featuring bespoke carpentry, divided by corridor, refurbished to a high standard, with level access from reception area and wonderful estuary views.
