The shared grounds/public area around Salcombe Apartments has a low wall of 60cm therefore children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
"The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September.
