Living/dining room:
With pull-out double bed, 50” Freeview Smart TV, DVD player and patio doors leading to balcony.
Kitchen: With electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 7 years old. There is a low wall of 60cm between the river and the grounds, therefore children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

"The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September. Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (check opening times with office) is unattended, guests are responsible for the safety of their children), lift (from ground floor to 3rd & 4th floors only) laundry, parking for one car per apartment, one mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy, with overall length (including out-board) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. All apartments have outstanding views of the harbour and estuary and are centrally heated.
A third floor apartment with large semi-circular balcony and stunning views of the estuary and beaches.
