Property Description

"The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September. Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (check opening times with office) is unattended, guests are responsible for the safety of their children), lift (from ground floor to 3rd & 4th floors only) laundry, parking for one car per apartment, one mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy, with overall length (including out-board) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. All apartments have outstanding views of the harbour and estuary and are centrally heated.
A third floor apartment with large semi-circular balcony and stunning views of the estuary and beaches.

Sitting/Dining Room: affording magnificent estuary views, TV, DVD, ’pull-down’ double bed, sliding door to large semi-circular balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooking estuary and beaches. Kitchen: with views of Fore Street and harbour, electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: overlooking estuary, kingsize bed (5’). Bedroom 2: double bed, views of Fore Street and harbour. Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, bidet, WC.

Parking: very convenient designated space on entrance level for one car.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.
