"The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September. Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (check opening times with office) is unattended, guests are responsible for the safety of their children), lift (from ground floor to 3rd & 4th floors only) laundry, pay phone in lobby (incoming and outgoing calls), parking for one car per apartment, one mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy, with overall length (including out-board) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. All apartments have outstanding views of the harbour and estuary.
A well appointed, third floor apartment featuring a large balcony with breathtaking views of the estuary and countryside beyond.

Kitchen/Dining room: fully fitted and well equipped with modern kitchen units, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, with table and 4 chairs. Sitting room TV, video, DVD, pulldown double divan. Sofa and leather chairs. French doors onto balcony. Bathroom: Extra large bath with power shower over, basin, WC. and fitted cupboards. Bedroom: (across corridor) overlooking Fore Street, twin 3’ beds Ensuite bathroom bath, basin WC.

Outside: large balcony with wonderful views, outdoor furniture including table, chairs and loungers for outside eating, entertaining and sun-bathing.
Parking: for one car.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.
Wifi available.

No smoking.
No pets allowed.

With regret the property is unsuitable for children under the age of eight.

The shared grounds/public area around Salcombe Apartments has a low wall of 60cm therefore children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
