The property, which is furnished and decorated to a good standard, has views of the countryside and glimpses of the estuary. There is a large enclosed garden and off street parking.

Outside: private paved terrace with outdoor furniture, BBQ, adjacent to enclosed communal lawned garden with drying area. Ideal for children and pets.
Parking: for 2 cars or 1 car/boat.
