A ground floor apartment a short walk downhill to Salcombe’s waterfront and many shops and restaurants. It is also close to the local convenience store. The property, which is furnished and decorated to a good standard, has views of the countryside and glimpses of the estuary. There is a large enclosed garden and off street parking.
