The Linhay is a beautifully renovated barn conversion in the idyllic setting of South Huish, just outside of the popular towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe, within the South Hams. The outside area of The Linhay is an excellent space for guests, with several landscaped patio areas for catching the sun at different times of the day as well as beautiful trees and shrubs throughout. The garden acts as a great social space as well as having the option of different areas for varying guests, peacefully quiet and surrounded by fields, it really is a lovely area.
The Linhay is the perfect property for families coming together wanting to be outside of the hustle and bustle but still within easy reach of everything the area has to offer, including pubs and a supermarket in the nearest village (Malborough). The Beach Café at South Milton Sands is a renowned fish and seafood restaurant, listed by Conde Nast in their top 10 list of Beach Shack restaurants in the country. South Milton Sands is also home to the iconic and photogenic Thurlestone Arch rock. This beach is an excellent gently shelving launch point for canoes and paddleboards.
