The Studio is a very comfortable, brand new build studio apartment in the heart of Salcombe. As you enter, the property offers a completely open-plan area. The kitchen is to your left which is well equipped with all you could need for your stay. The living/dining area consists of two modern lounge chairs and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing while facing the wall-mounted Smart TV. Underneath which is a two seater dining table to enjoy a quick breakfast before setting off to spend the day in Salcombe at the beach. The double bed is on a slightly raised platform and this area benefits from clothes storage also. In a separate room is a large modern walk-in shower enclosure with vanity unit, heated towel rail and W.C. To the front of The Studio is a spacious patio area with seating for guests to enjoy, boasting stunning panoramic views over Salcombe and the estuary. There is simply no better way to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening drink. All in all The Studio is a fantastic bolthole in which to base yourself in beautiful Salcombe.
