Situated overlooking the estuary with the most fabulous views of the water, this large, spacious apartment is a short, mainly level walk into Salcombe town centre. The apartment, in the former Sunnycliff Hotel, is accessed via steps down from Cliff Road, is on one floor and furnished and decorated to a high standard. The balcony is accessed from the sitting room and enjoys 180 degree uninterrupted views.
