There are two high quality ’z beds’ which, individually, would fit in Bedrooms 1 and 2.

Outside heated swimming pool - (Approx 20x12ft, open middle of May to end of September).

One well behaved dog welcome (if confined to the kitchen at night) at the discretion of the owner at an additional £30 per week and a security deposit of £100 for bookings with pets, which is refundable subject to a departure inspection and any further cleaning costs incurred.
Please note that this property sleeps a maximum of 8 adults.

An imposing family house set in extensive grounds in an elevated, secluded position with stunning views, from all rooms but the kitchen and Bedroom 4, over the mouth of the estuary to the sea along the coast and over the hills of East Portlemouth, Gara and Rickham. The property is spacious, light and airy, comfortably furnished and well equipped and has an outdoor, heated swimming pool in the pretty gardens. There is ample driveway parking for several cars.
